Has lessened my cramping by more than half. Sleeping has been amazing and the taste is really good. Found it won’t just stir in, I had to buy a milk frother and whizz it for the powder to dissolve. Biggest gripe I have is my No 2’s have been so horrendous I’ve had to stop using it. Thought it may have just been an adjustment but noooooo
