Interacting with Personalities in Business: Assessing your ‘True Colors®’

To succeed in today’s workplace, it is critical to understand and value those around you. Accepting and understanding the fact that people are different, and therefore need to be treated differently, is an important concept to master.

This module will enable participants to acquire competence in identifying differences in people, so they can treat them, and communicate with them, the way they need and want to be treated. The result is a more open, effective and productive workforce.

Participants will learn to:

  • self-assess their personality styles
  • distinguish between the four major personality styles
  • recognize the value of understanding various personality types and the importance of dealing effectively with each.
