Dealing with Diversity in Business

“Culture represents shared values, beliefs and basic assumptions, as well as any behaviour arising from these, of a given group. Culture is a collectively held set of attributes, which is dynamic and changing over time.”This module will address the issues of cultural diversity in the workplace and how to become a “pro-diversity” organization.

Participants will learn to:

  • define culture
  • compare Cultural Programming of Norms & Values and how each affects the workplace
  • implement the four aspects of Pro-diversity
  • apply the learning to workplace scenarios.
