Communicating with Impact

Communicating with employees, customers, clients and co-workers is a major part of an individual’s workday. Recent studies indicate that miscommunication and misunderstandings are the greatest causes of conflict and lack of productivity in the workplace.This training module provides a variety of tools, strategies and helpful guidelines to develop and implement the initial steps to effective communication.

Participants will learn to:

  • utilize proven communication strategies
  • improve critical listening skills
  • implement eight concrete steps to increasing the impact of communication
  • recognize the most appropriate means of communication in a variety of situations.
