One of the major trends in today’s fast-paced work environment is the emphasis on teams. The traditional organization was based on a hierarchical structure where managers decided what needed to be done and employees implemented those decisions. Organizations are now recognizing that to be competitive and to maximize productivity, they must make better use of their people resources.This module is designed to provide employees and managers with relevant information, techniques, and strategies to tap into internal resources and to optimize their teams’ effectiveness.
